Welcome to Fighter Replays. We want everyone to have a good time and for our website to be a safe place for people to enjoy game replays and discussion. To ensure this standard we have rules in place for using the Fighter Replays site.
Using Fighter Replays, you agree you understand our policies and you agree to them; Fighter Replays will not be held responsible for the user-created content and replays on the site. You acknowledge and agree that all content (text and replays) publicly or privately transmitted are the sole responsibility of the individual posting the content, not Fighter Replays.
Fighter Replays reserves the right to add, remove or change any content or feature on the site at any time without notice or liability.
As a condition of use, you promise not to use the services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use, or any other purpose not reasonably intended by Fighter Replays.
- To abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other Fighter Replays users.
- To post or transmit, or cause to be posted or transmitted, any Content that is infringing, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, offensive or otherwise violates any law or right of any third party.
- For any illegal or unauthorized purpose. If you are an international user, you agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
- To post or transmit, or cause to be posted or transmitted, any communication or solicitation designed or intended to obtain password, account, or private information from any Fighter Replays user.
- To create or submit unwanted email ("Spam") to any other Fighter Replays users or any URL.
- To violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
- To submit replays or comments linking to affiliate programs, multi-level marketing schemes, or off-topic content.
- With the exception of accessing feeds, you will not use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access the Site for any purpose without our express written permission. Additionally, you agree that you will not: (i) take any action that imposes, or may impose in our sole discretion an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure; (ii) interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site or any activities conducted on the Site; or (iii) bypass any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Site.
- Attempt to impersonate another user or person.

The Information We Collect
When you browse Fighter Replays, a cookie is placed on your computer unless you have this feature disabled in your browser.
